Tulsa is home to several romantic fine dining restaurants.
Located in northeast Oklahoma, Tulsa is a busy metropolitan area of approximately 800,000. Though the city has a prominent business district, its romance and nightlife is equally impressive. From classy wine bars to rhythmic music heard from the Salsa Rhythm Project, the city is lively and offers a vast selection of date-worthy destinations. If a traditional "wine and dine" dinner is on the agenda, Tulsa offers a great selection of romantic restaurants with memorable atmospheres and decadent cuisine. A couple should have no problem finding a restaurant to please their taste preferences or budget.
The Brasserie Restaurant and Bar
The Brasserie Restaurant and Bar brings the romance of France into a casually elegant dining experience at The Consortium in Tulsa. The restaurant's atmosphere features low lighting, exposed brick and chic decor. Couples can opt for a romantic dinner inside or venture outdoors onto the restaurant's patio. Menu selections include French-inspired dishes such as crispy duck breast, salmon ratatouille and steak tartare, all of which are artfully presented and easily paired with one of the restaurant's 75 hand-selected wines. The Brasserie is open seven days a week, and reservations are recommended.
McGill's
A romantic who wants to impress his significant other will not disappoint with a dinner at McGill's. The steak and seafood restaurant features a fine dining experience and a flexible made-to-order menu that will satisfy the tastes of any palate. Guests can dine upon a house specialty, such as the Alaskan king crab legs, and round out dinner with a rich dessert and hot coffee. McGill's also has an impressive wine list, including three port selections. McGill's is open for dinner seven days a week and for lunch Monday through Friday. Reservations are recommended.
Ti Amo
For a romantic date on a budget, Ti Amo is the place to go. Ti Amo is a fine dining experience, but at an affordable price. The dinner menu features more than 15 dishes of $15 or less. Guests can expect a menu of traditional Italian cuisine such as chicken parmesan and lasagna served with bruschetta and the choice of soup or salad. The restaurant offers a twist on Sundays; couples can eat a romantic lunch, followed by a chocolaty dessert from Ti Amo's towering chocolate fountain. Restaurant patrons can choose from two locations---one in downtown and the other in southern Tulsa. The southern location is open seven days a week, including brunch on Sunday, whereas the downtown location is only open Monday through Saturday. Reservations are recommended.
