Make ravioli with your al dente ravioli maker.
Ravioli is a popular dish that can be prepared several different ways. Why not add an extra element to your cooking by making your own ravioli with an al dente ravioli maker? The machine allows you to choose your own filling and make your own dough. With its easy to use design, the ravioli maker is a great tool to add a personal touch to your next pasta meal. Don't overcook the ravioli in order to have it be truly al dente. Add this to my Recipe Box.
Instructions
1. Pull upward firmly on the hopper to remove it from the ravioli attachment.
2. Fold a sheet of pasta in half. Insert the folded pasta sheet between the rollers. Feed the pasta sheet into the rollers by turning the handle one quarter of a turn.
3. At this point, separate the pasta sheet into two loose ends. Drape an end over each roller.
4. Replace the hopper back onto the ravioli maker by placing it on top of the dough sheet and pushing it down until it clicks into place.
5. Spoon one to two scoops of filling into the top of the hopper. Make sure you fill the hopper evenly while packing it down into the hopper.
6. Turn the handle of the ravioli maker slowly to feed the pasta sheet through the rollers. Add filling as needed while feeding through the rollers.
7. Once the pasta sheets are fully filled and fed through the rollers, remove the strips of pasta and let them dry for 10 minutes on a lightly floured surface.
