Hanging drywall sheets is a simple but labor intensive task, made more so when you are hanging the sheets on a ceiling. This task is made much easier with the use of a drywall lift. A drywall lift acts the same way as a car tire jack in extending and lifting the sheet of drywall into place, allowing a person to complete the task on his own instead of it being a two-person job.
Instructions
1. Roll the drywall lift to desired location, and lock the wheels.
2. Tilt the hinged table area of the lift so that it is in a vertical position.
3. Carry the sheet of drywall with the finish side facing the lift onto the lift, setting it onto the stoppers lengthwise.
4. Adjust the drywall sheet so that it is centered on the lift.
