Instructions
1. Put on a dust mask, rubber gloves and protective goggles to protect your lungs, skin and eyes from the plaster of Paris dust.
2. Place a large bowl underneath your plaster sculpture.
3. Hold your plaster of Paris sculpture in one hand, and use the other hand to rub rough-grain sandpaper over the sculpture. Use small, circular motions with the sandpaper.
4. Move the sandpaper around the plaster so that the grains effectively grind down the plaster into usable plaster of Paris powder.
5. Once you have about 3 cups of plaster of Paris powder in your bowl, add 1 cup of water into it.
6. Stir the mixture well with a spoon, and use it for your arts and crafts projects.
